AquaStim TM is an optimal blend of organic materials, which contains a balanced blend of vitamins, amino acids, enzymes and coenzymes, mineral, bio-flavonoids, and tocopherols, which, when combined with the standard fish regimen of rice bran, soybean meal, topioca, alfalfa meal, and other commonly used bulk foods (carbohydrate source) provides excellent yield increases of harvested fish. Optimized AquaStim TM yields can reach as high as 3,500 kilograms per hectare for Carp in warm-water ponds. Standard fish rations are blended with AquaStim TM and the resulting mix is prilled (palletized) for ease of shipping and for broadcast feeding to the fish. The general blend ratio is 5% to 10% AquaStimTM to 90%-95% standard carbohydrate regime utilized. When blended and prilled, the resulting energized fish food accelerates the relative growth of the fish species being cultured and greatly increases the conversion of fish food to flesh, resulting in a market sized fish in a shorter time with less total food required. The time reduction to reach marketable size is significantly reduced (as compared to control ponds) for Milkfish (13.5%), Tilapia (14.4%), Catfish (17.3%), Common Carp (16.5%), and Mullet (12.2%) feeding on the AquaStim TM blend. Overall, the use of AquaStim TM as a blend component of the normal fish food regime greatly increases the efficiency of conversion of ingested food (=ECI), the efficiency of conversion of digested food into flesh (-ECD), thereby accelerating the overall growth rates of the fish. Thus, the fish consume food more efficiently, saving food and shorting the time required obtaining optimized marketable fish. AquaStim TM,when utilized in non-prilled form, has been successfully used to accelerate the growth of a variety of algae and kelp species, including members of the Spriulina, Dunaliella, Porphyra, and Macrocystis genera. Under optimized Aquaculture conditions, AquaStim TM elicited up to a 30% increase in plant growth rates.
