Archery is a primitive technology dating back over 20,000 years. It is considered one of our earliest, useful technologies.	With beginner archers, our initial instructions cover the basics; 9 Steps to the Ten Ring Shooting Line Procedures Archery Range Safety Various Bows & Accessories Proper Bow & Arrow Handling
At the shooting line, instructors provide demonstrations on each of the basic rules covered.
	It is here "on the line" that the beginner archer experiences the mind & body connection made between reflex focus & deep concentration. The values learned in archery are easily applied to every aspect of healthy living.
For many this will be a reintroduction to the fun sport of archery, and for a few it could be another fun opportunity to practice skills, or help teach a friend.
	The anticipation before and after releasing the bow string is great to say the least. The main goal for the beginner is obviously not to hit a "bulls-eye", but simply to "hit the target". Most will find that hitting the target is quite a challenge beyond expectation. Yet, with each shot the beginner archer does become more focused and gains greater confidence in their newly discovered abilities.

And then there are the exceptional ones!

Most of our new shooters are amazed at the new skills they develop, the fun and excitement they've had, and how dignifying the sport of Archery really is.
